Empfehlungen für Betroffene
Die WHO warnt in ihren Richtlinien ausdrücklich vor aktivierender Reha, wenn PEM/PESE vorliegt.
Anders als bei gewöhnlicher Rehabiliation kann man sich aus einer Covid19-Infektion nicht heraustrainieren! Körperliche Aktivität kann sogar schädlich sein und die Beschwerden verschlechtern und chronifizieren! Bei einem Teil der LongCOVID/MECFS-Betroffenen ist Überaktivierung schädlich – wie dieser Fall zeigt – leider sehr häufig aufgrund des Unwissens vieler Patienten und Ärzte.
